Acrylic Brochure Holders

Brochure holders are an effective tool for getting information in the hands of customers. Not only do they present the material in an attractive fashion, they also conveniently put it within arm’s reach. As a bonus, brochure racks and holders also keep a multitude of pamphlets tidy and properly organized. The advantages of acrylic as a material for brochure holders are obvious. Acrylic is strong and durable, and its transparent nature does not obscure any part of the printed matter which is on display. Combine this with its light weight, and you have a clear winner. Using acrylic brochure holders is a great way to display your sales literature. Brochure racks and holders come in three basic types: Countertop models, Wall mounted models and carousels, which stand on the floor.

The advantage of a see-through holder is obvious: more of the brochure, pamphlet or magazine is immediately visible, thus optimizing the effect of the advertising literature’s impact.

Before you buy a brochure holder, read these tips:

Placement: The first thing to consider when choosing a holder is where it will be placed. A high traffic area is not necessarily best. People tend to pick up brochures when they are waiting for something. Consider placing them near chairs in a waiting room, or on a counter, where customers may be waiting for their transactions to be completed.

Size: Size will be determined by three factors: the type of material being displayed (Will the holder be used to dispense pamphlets or magazine-sized brochures?), by the amount of literature made available to the public, and by the space available in the store, booth or waiting room.

Single or Multi-Slot: Single slot models take up less space on a counter or wall, but when a large number of brochures are offered, one may have to opt for a multi slot model. Do consider that you will have more placement flexibility when using several single-slot holders, then with a single multi-slot model.

Wall-Mounted and or Floor Standing: When space is not available on a counter or table, one may opt for a wall mounted or floor standing model. Floor standing carousels have the advantage of being able to display a lot of material while taking up a relatively small amount of floor space. Wall mounted models are great when no such space is available.

Other Features: Some models feature an extra integrated pocket for business cards. Also, some are even designed to be used outdoors, and feature a lid which protects brochures from rain and snow. Keeping with the times, there are now holders especially designed to hold cd-r’s or dvd’s. Acrylic brochure holders can also be made to measure. Just tell the manufacturer what you need, and they will supply you with it.
